二、个人简介 

  盛宇波,男,1981年生,江苏常州人。2009年6月博士毕业于北京师范大学,博士导师为周宏余教授和邓富国教授。2009年7月-2011年6月于清华大学物理系从事博士后研究工作。博士后合作导师为龙桂鲁教授。同年6月进入南京邮电大学工作。主要研究领域为量子通信与量子计算。作为课题基金主持人曾经主持博士基金面上项目一项(20090460365 第46批 3万元),博士后基金特别资助一项(201003132 第三批 10万元)。目前主持国家自然科学基金项目一项(No.11104159),南京邮电大学人才引进项目一项(NY211008)。目前发表SCI学术论文30余篇,其中第一作者或者通信作者20余篇,第一作者有8篇发表在physical Review A上,论文被SCI论文引用500余次,其中两篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。个人H因子14。
