二、个人简介 

  1965年9月出生于江苏滨海,2007年1月毕业于东南大学无线电系并获通信与信息系统专业的工学博士学位。1999-2001在上海贝尔公司从事关于第三代移动通信系统研发的企业及大学863合作项目,1999-2000期间在清华大学电子系参与该项目的基带信号处理的硬件设计工作。在2007年3月进入南京邮电大学后,从事宽带无线通信技术的教学与研究工作。在2011-2012期间访问卢森堡大学SnT跨学科研究中心。以第一作者发表学术论文16余篇,被EI收录20余次。现主持和完成东南大学移动通信国家重点实验室开放课题基金项目各1项,完成江苏省博士后课题基金项目1项,完成国家博士后课题基金项目1项。

  研究方向
  主要研究方向为基于网络MIMO和高级多载波与多址技术的新一代宽带无线通信的方案设计与性能评估,混合的陆地移动通信、卫星及其空中中继通信中的协同通信和认知无线电技术。
  相关的应用研究还包含(1项发明专利公示,3项发明专利申请中):
  1)无线网络编码的软硬件实现;
  2)短距离RFID和ZigBee无线系统中的无线定位与接入;
  3)机器学习在车辆无线ad hoc网络的目标跟踪、定位、识别和资源分配中的应用;
  4)机器学习在智能无线终端中的应用;
  5)智能电网与可再生能源应用中的无线通信技术。

  a)申请人作为第三参与者参加郑宝玉教授的国家自然科学基金(60972039)认知无线网络中多用户协作通信关键技术研究子课题,2010.01-2012.12。目前本申请人已经完成自己在该课题中的分任务。
  b)孟庆民的一年级专业硕士古雄获得“2011度江苏省普通高校研究生科研创新计划”的项目资助,申请项目名称为:无线网络编码验证平台。该课题所探讨的无线网络编码技术是目前无线通信的一个研究热点,其可视化软、硬件演示平台既利于无线网络编码关键技术的验证,也有望利于今后的专业硕士的“数字通信”教学演示。

  d) 2010.05-2011.5期间指导南邮通信与信息工程学院的通信工程专业的本科生张璐阳等人完成STITP省级项目“基于RFID超声波的无线短信监控器设计”(编号2010029),并且获得江苏省STITP优秀奖。它是一项关于物联网应用的实物演示项目,并发表和录用三篇省级以上期刊,1项发明专利正在公示中。
